Abstract : Older people have highly prevalent sleep disorders. Physical changes, health conditions, psychosocial, medication effects, and other factors can impact older people's sleep quality. Poor sleep can contribute to cognitive functions, depression, and anxiety, and increase the risk of falling that can affect injuries and death for older adults. SI-VIGUR (Virtual Reality Guided Imagery) was built by author to create immersive and interactive virtual experiences that guide individuals through visualization exercises, transporting them to soothing or therapeutic virtual environments. The design of this study is a quasi-experimental research with pre and post-test control group design. 16 respondents doing SI-VIGUR therapy was performed for thirteen minutes, three times a week. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) Indonesian version questionnaire was collected and analyzed statistically by paired t-test. SI-VIGUR therapy showed a significant PSQI score before and After being given therapy (t= 8.67, p-value = 0.001). SI-VIGUR therapy improving sleep quality for older adults in Ariodillah Public Health Center Working Area.
