Abstract :
In the face of growing cyber threats and increasingly strict regulations, this article presents a comprehensive data security framework built on a multi-tier labeling system, designed to ensure precise data traceability across its entire lifecycle—from creation to deletion. By employing sophisticated labeling techniques, we establish clear definitions of data ownership, sensitivity, and access control, effectively preventing unauthorized access and data breaches. Our approach integrates robust risk management strategies and ensures full compliance with key global data protection regulations, including GDPR, FERPA, HIPAA, and PIPEDA. Additionally, the incorporation of machine learning enhances traceability, enabling predictive analytics for real-time monitoring and risk mitigation. Our model not only demonstrates superior accuracy and reliability compared to existing solutions but also offers scalable, future-ready mechanisms that proactively address evolving cyber threats. This ensures that organizations can maintain compliance while enhancing their data security posture in a rapidly changing digital landscape.
