Abstract : Aorto-pulmonary(AP) window is a rare cardiac anomaly with male predominance and an incidence of only 0.1% of all congenital cardiac defects. 24yr old male patient who was totally asymptomatic until he had stroke and was later diagnosed with AP window. Ap window is a very rare case. This was case was diagnosed on routine work up only because he has an episode of cerebrovascular accident.
